Ubuntu : How to get the diappeared Side Bar - vplace

Re get the missing Side bar & Panel

Hello my dear friends I've been using Ubuntu Since along time but Suddenly Today morning my side bar and the Panel bar disappeared

Here is the solution to restore the Side bar and panel

Start Ubuntu OS

Log In to Ur Account

Insert a pendrive

Now the Files window will be opened

Select Computer option (Drive)

Search for Terminal

then type the Following Command

dconf reset -f /org/compiz/ 
unity --reset-icons &disown

Now Ur Problem is solved
